Shipping & Delivery

Within Australia

Orders delivered within Australia are dispatched via Australia Post within 2 business days of receiving full payment.  We use Regular and Express Post - you simply choose your preferred option at checkout.  We operate an online business, depending on the situation it may be possible for you to collect your order from us directly to save on shipping.  This must be pre-arranged via email before you place your order, and cannot be guaranteed to be available to all customers.

To make your shopping experience as cost efficient as possible, we also offer our postage as a flat rate, so it doesn’t matter how many items you order for your little sandcrabs, you will only be charged shipping costs once.

*Please note that we offer FREE POSTAGE on all orders over $150 within Australia (Regular Post will be utilised)
 

Outside Australia

We are happy to process orders from outside Australia via Phone, Fax or Mail.  Please note we are unable to process these orders through our online store”  International postage costs are determined by where you are in the world, so we will discuss your options with you directly when you place your order with Mini Sandcrabs

Returns & Exchanges

If you are dissatisfied with the products you have received due to us shipping you an incorrect size, inaccurate product description or faulty workmanship, we will happily organise a refund or an exchange for you. Customers are responsible for shipping and handling charges.  The products must be returned:

- Unused, unopened and in original condition and packaging
- Undamaged
- Returned within 14 days of delivery
- In a saleable condition upon return

Note that we do not provide refunds if you simply change your mind. Please contact us directly to arrange an exchange or refund and we will be able to process your return, as this cannot be processed online.
