    CLICK & COLLECT

    Click & Collect is a free service that allows you to place your order online and then collect if from our storefront in Toowoomba during our standard business hours.

    Add your items to cart as usual and select Toowoomba Store Pick Up as your shipping method at the checkout.  For orders placed at night or over the weekend, the parcel will be ready for collection on the next business day.

    Your parcel will be available to collect from our store, located at 21 Bridge St, Mt Lofty in Toowoomba, 30 minutes after your order has been confirmed. Orders placed at night or over the weekend will be available on the next business day

    A copy of your order confirmation (printed or digital) will need to be presented to collect your parcel.

    Unfortunately we cannot take cash or any other payment for Click & Collect orders in-store. Payment must be made at the time of the online purchase.

    Pickup will be available for 10 days from the initial collection date, after which you will be contacted to arrange for delivery by post. Please contact the store via email shop@sundaymerchant.com.au if you are unable to collect your order for any reason.

    As with all online purchases, you can return your order either in-store or by post. Please read our Returns & Refund Policy for more information.

    ORDERS

    No, you can process your order as a guest. When you arrive at the checkout page, simply check out as a guest and enter all your details manually before placing your order.

    If your order is still processing, you can email our team shop@sundaymerchant.com.au and we can have any of your details changed before it is dispatched. If your order has already left, and you have supplied the wrong address, we will need to wait for the parcel to be returned to sender before we can re-ship it to the correct address.

    Please contact us as soon as possible to advise us of your correct address so we can have this updated. Please keep in mind it can take up to 10 business days (for domestic orders only) for your parcel to arrive back at our warehouse once it has been returned to sender.

    Our goal at Sunday Merchant is to ship all orders within 24 hours of your purchase (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your parcel has been scanned by Australia Post or our selected courier, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number.

    SHIPPING & RETURNS

    Australia: most parcels will arrive within 1 - 2 business days, regional areas may take 3 - 4 business days.

    For New Zealand standard delivery, allow 9 - 14 business days - 11 business days is the current average. For express delivery to New Zealand - Auckland and some major cities sometime receive their order the day after it leaves our warehouse, allow 1 - 3 business days for the rest of the country.

    For the rest of the world, delivery will take 2 to 3 business days.
